Meet the founder – Aakanksha Jain Sawa

Aakanksha is who you would call an expert ‘manager’. She has always had systems in place for managing her day-to-day at work and home. The how-tos and what-tos of planning is something she has inherently excelled at since a very young age. Let’s just say she was never a difficult teenager. Her labelled jewellery, spotless desk and curated drawers were just the start. It was between moving homes that she realised her love for transforming places through tidying and re-arranging.

Just before she became a professional tidying expert, Aakanksha started off her career by gaining degrees in Chartered Accountancy and Law, where she learnt the art of patience and precision.

She took these added skills to her next big career move i.e. successfully managing a pharmaceuticals company. She believes it’s the attention to details that mark the success of any job done. It is these skills combined with the knack for leaving zero space for error that lend to her being an organisational whizz. Decluttering, for her, provides a detox for the mind and soul, and a certain sense of accomplishment.

When not colour coordinating wardrobes, Aakanksha finds her solace in travel and food. Indulge her, and she might just let you in on some amazing experiences she’s had.

Tidying Tip

By putting things back in place immediately after their use, you’ll save time while tidying later.
